What are my policy documents?

We appreciate there are many documents that come with an insurance policy, so we thought we'd break them down with a bit more detail for you. 

Your policy schedule is a detailed record of your policy, including your level of cover, excess and the policy premium.

Your Certificate of Currency is a summary of your policy. You might be requested to provide this to your finance company or bank when taking out a mortgage or loan.

Your policy wording explains exactly what your policy covers and any limits or exclusions. As the policy wording is updated regularly, it is a good idea to check you have the most recent version. Your policy number may also be referred to as your customer ID or account number and will be noted on all our correspondence:
