How do I pay for my insurance?
For the majority of customers, we can offer two payment frequencies. The frequency selected determines the policy renewal terms – annual or monthly.
If you have an annual policy, you can pay your premium in the following ways:
- Credit card - Please contact our team between 8am and 4pm Monday to Friday and we can process the payment over the phone for you. Please note, there is a 1.5% surcharge for all credit card payments.
- Direct Credit - You can pay your premium via online banking; the bank details are noted on your invoice ANZ National Bank Ltd (01-0297-0071650-007) (07 for 2-digit suffix). To ensure your payment is processed correctly please email confirmation to our team. Please include your policy number and the deposit amount.
- Cheque - Post your cheque ensuring you also include your policy number, our postal address is: Stylecover, PO Box 2845, Wellington 6140
Monthly Renewable Policies:
We offer a monthly renewable policy which can be paid by direct debit. All of our direct debits occur on the 20th of the month, if the 20th falls on a weekend or public holiday the deduction will be on the next business day.
Need to update your direct debit account details?
Please complete a direct debit authority and email it through to our team noting your policy number.
What happens if I miss a payment?
If you miss either your annual or monthly payment we will contact you to outline the payment options. If you would like to discuss your payment options with our team please contact us.
