Christmas and New Year holiday hours
Aon New Zealand offices will be closed for Christmas/New Year and operating reduced staff numbers from 5.00pm on Thursday 18 December 2025 until 8.30am on Wednesday 7 January 2026.
Reduced staffing and operating hours:
Our service team staffing and operating hours will be reduced on Thursday 11 December and over the holiday period from 5.00pm on Thursday 18 December 2025 until 8.30am on Wednesday 7 January 2026. During this time our teams focus will be on urgent requests, however, we will endeavour to respond to all queries as our team returns to full capacity in the New Year.

Insurer availability:
Over the holiday period, insurers will be operating on reduced team numbers and hours also. As such there may be some delays in the service of underwriting referrals and non-urgent claims etc.
How to lodge a claim:
If you need to submit a claim, please call our team in the first instance on 0800 50 51 52 during business hours. We will provide instruction and other relevant information to support your claim submission with your Insurer.
Alternatively, you may be able to submit your claim online or complete a claim form.
