How can I make an insurance claim?

If you need to submit a claim, please call our team in the first instance on 0800 50 51 52 during business hours 8:00am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. We will provide instruction and other relevant information to support your claim submission with your Insurer.

Alternatively, you may be able to submit your claim online or complete a claim form.

What if I have an emergency outside of business hours?

If an emergency occurs outside of business hours, please don't worry. Simply call 0800 50 51 52 and follow the prompts. In conjunction with the Insurers we will ensure there is someone available to assist you.

Need to make a claim? Here are some useful tips:

  • Have your Customer ID  on hand. This is the easiest way to locate your policy when talking to our team
  • Have a few details about the loss e.g. the date of loss, details of what has been lost, damaged or destroyed and any third-party details if applicable
  • Ensure the policyholder or an authorised person is submitting the claim
