If you need to lodge a claim please call our team on 0800 50 51 52 during business hours 8:00am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. Alternatively, you can complete a claim form and email this to our team.
What if I have an emergency outside of business hours?
If an emergency occurs outside of business hours, please don't worry. Simply call 0800 50 51 52, and in conjunction with the insurers we will ensure there is someone available to assist you.
Need to make a claim? Here are some useful tips:
- Have your policy number on hand. This is the easiest way to locate your policy when talking to the team
- Have a few details about the loss e.g. the date of loss, details of what has been lost, damaged or destroyed and any third-party details if applicable
- Ensure the policyholder or an authorised person is lodging the claim.
How will claiming affect my "No Claims Bonus"?
If you haven’t had a claim with any insurer in the past year, you may be entitled to a discount on your policy. This is often referred to as a No Claims Bonus. Making a claim may then affect your No Claim Bonus for a period of time (commonly for 12 months).
Some people like to consider the cost of making a claim before lodgement. Things to consider are your excess and the potential impact on your policy premium due to the loss of no claims bonus. Our team will be happy to discuss this with you.
